This one’s almost too pretty to eat—but you definitely should. Creamy ricotta mixed with spring herbs and a drizzle of honey on crusty bread, topped with edible flowers for a fresh seasonal flourish.
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of artisan bread, toasted
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (like basil, mint, or thyme)
- 1 tbsp honey
- Edible flowers (pansies, violets, etc.) for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Mix ricotta with herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Spread onto toast and drizzle with honey.
- Garnish with edible flowers.


Suggested Pairing:
Enjoy with a hot cup of Earl Grey or a delicate jasmine green tea.
