This one’s almost too pretty to eat—but you definitely should. Creamy ricotta mixed with spring herbs and a drizzle of honey on crusty bread, topped with edible flowers for a fresh seasonal flourish.

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of artisan bread, toasted
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (like basil, mint, or thyme)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Edible flowers (pansies, violets, etc.) for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Mix ricotta with herbs, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread onto toast and drizzle with honey.
  3. Garnish with edible flowers.
