Ingredients:
- 1 (8-pound) bone-in ham
- 1 cup honey
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Place the ham in a roasting pan.
- In a saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and cinnamon. Heat until smooth.
- Brush half of the glaze over the ham. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
- Remove the foil, brush with the remaining glaze, and bake for another 30 minutes until the glaze is caramelized.
