This rolled omelet is a colorful and protein-packed breakfast dish. Loaded with veggies and sometimes even seaweed or ham, Gyeran Mari is fun to make and even more fun to eat!
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp finely chopped carrot
- 2 tbsp finely chopped green onion
- 1 tbsp milk (optional for fluffiness)
- Pinch of salt
- Cooking oil
Instructions:
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl, adding salt, milk, and chopped vegetables.
- Heat a lightly oiled nonstick pan over low heat.
- Pour a thin layer of the egg mixture into the pan. Once it sets slightly, begin rolling it gently to one side.
- Pour more egg mixture into the empty space, let it set, then continue rolling.
- Repeat until all the egg is used. Let cool slightly, then slice into bite-sized pieces.


Suggested Pairing:
Enjoy with a side of soy sauce or ketchup for dipping, and serve with steamed rice or toast.
