Perfect for on-the-go mornings, these rice balls are packed with savory fillings and easy to make ahead.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked short-grain rice
  • ½ cup canned tuna or cooked bulgogi
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise (if using tuna)
  • 1 sheet roasted seaweed (gim), crushed
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix cooked rice with sesame oil, sesame seeds, and salt.
  2. Add your filling (tuna-mayo or bulgogi) to the center of a small portion of rice.
  3. Shape the rice around the filling into a tight ball.
  4. Roll in crushed seaweed for extra flavor.
