Tangy, sweet, and buttery, Lemon Bars bring sunshine to your dessert table.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix 1 cup flour, powdered sugar, and butter, pressing into a greased 8×8 pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
- Whisk eggs, sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, baking powder, and lemon juice. Pour over crust.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Cool and dust with powdered sugar before cutting.
