Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp lemon-tahini dressing
Instructions:
- Combine chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion in a bowl.
