Rose Petal Panna Cotta is a delicate and creamy dessert infused with the floral aroma of rose. This elegant dish is perfect for ending your romantic meal on a sweet note.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons rose water
  • 1 packet gelatin
  • Edible rose petals for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a saucepan, heat cream, milk, and sugar over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Do not boil.
  2. Sprinkle gelatin over 2 tablespoons of cold water in a small bowl. Let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir the gelatin into the warm cream mixture until fully dissolved.
  4. Add rose water and mix well. Pour the mixture into serving glasses or ramekins.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Garnish with edible rose petals before serving.
