Rose Petal Panna Cotta is a delicate and creamy dessert infused with the floral aroma of rose. This elegant dish is perfect for ending your romantic meal on a sweet note.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons rose water
- 1 packet gelatin
- Edible rose petals for garnish
Instructions:
- In a saucepan, heat cream, milk, and sugar over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Do not boil.
- Sprinkle gelatin over 2 tablespoons of cold water in a small bowl. Let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- Stir the gelatin into the warm cream mixture until fully dissolved.
- Add rose water and mix well. Pour the mixture into serving glasses or ramekins.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Garnish with edible rose petals before serving.
