Delight in a sophisticated Christmas Eve dinner with Seafood Linguine. This dish combines succulent shrimp, scallops, and clams in a rich white wine and garlic sauce over perfectly cooked pasta.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound linguine
 - 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
 - ½ pound scallops
 - 12 littleneck clams
 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
 - 1 cup dry white wine
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Fresh parsley for garnish
 
Instructions:
- Cook linguine according to package instructions and set aside.
 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
 - Add shrimp, scallops, and clams, cooking until the clams open and the shrimp turn pink.
 - Pour in white wine and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
 - Toss the cooked linguine in the sauce and garnish with parsley before serving.
