Delight in a sophisticated Christmas Eve dinner with Seafood Linguine. This dish combines succulent shrimp, scallops, and clams in a rich white wine and garlic sauce over perfectly cooked pasta.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound linguine
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • ½ pound scallops
  • 12 littleneck clams
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook linguine according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp, scallops, and clams, cooking until the clams open and the shrimp turn pink.
  4. Pour in white wine and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
