  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp milk (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk (if using), salt, and pepper until well combined.
