Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Butter for frying

Instructions:

  1. Soak oats in milk for 5–10 minutes.
  2. Stir in eggs, flour, sugar, and salt to form a batter.
