Elevate your morning with a Tomato and Basil Breakfast Frittata. This Italian-inspired dish is loaded with cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and fluffy eggs, baked to perfection.

 

Ingredients:

  • 6 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together eggs, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet, sauté cherry tomatoes until soft.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on the stovetop.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until set.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
