Ingredients:
- 6 large eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk together eggs, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet, sauté cherry tomatoes until soft.
