Ingredients:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 8 ounces spaghetti

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet or saucepan, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
  2. Once the beef is browned, add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is softened and translucent.
  3. Stir in the tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  4. Bring the sauce to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Let the sauce simmer gently for about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, to allow the flavors to meld together.
  5. While the sauce is simmering, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente.
  6. Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it and return it to the pot.
  7. Serve the Bolognese sauce over the cooked spaghetti, tossing to coat the noodles evenly with the sauce.
  8. Enjoy your delicious homemade spaghetti Bolognese!
