Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 8 ounces spaghetti
Instructions:
- In a large skillet or saucepan, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks.
- Once the beef is browned, add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until the onion is softened and translucent.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
- Bring the sauce to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low. Let the sauce simmer gently for about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, to allow the flavors to meld together.
- While the sauce is simmering, cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente.
- Once the spaghetti is cooked, drain it and return it to the pot.
- Serve the Bolognese sauce over the cooked spaghetti, tossing to coat the noodles evenly with the sauce.
- Enjoy your delicious homemade spaghetti Bolognese!
